Avocado Snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • Cholula, or your favorite hot sauce

Directions

Use a sharp chef's knife to cut the avocado into halves.  Then, switch to a dinner knife to cut a grid pattern into the avocado halves.  The dinner knife helps to prevent you from cutting through the avocado skin.  Sprinkle with Cholula (or your favorite how sauce) and eat with a spoon!  Thank me later... 😋

Are sold on the benefits of a plant-based diet, but are afraid to begin because you don't really like fruits and vegetables?  Would you believe that I didn't even like avocados before I started to eat a more plant-based diet?  The important thing is just to begin, and you will be amazed as your taste preferences start to change.  Now, I absolutely love avocados!
