The Night Before...
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned (rolled) oatmeal
- 1 cup homemade (or store bought) almond milk
- A dash (1/4 tsp) vanilla powder
Mix ingredients into a bowl, seal with a lid and place in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours.
The Next Day...
- 4 strawberries, sliced
- 2 medjool dates, diced
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
Top with strawberries, dates, and peanut butter. Feel free to experiment with other fruits as well. I love it with ripe mangoes in the summer time!
