Guilt-Free Strawberry Milkshake
The final feeling after after you've been practicing a whole food plant-based diet for a few months is EMPOWERMENT. Finally you've found a program that gives you real results, you've realized how much control over your health you actually have, and finally you can truly enjoy what you're eating and eat as much of it as you like. This one is one of my staple desserts... But wait, is it dessert though? All the ingredients are whole foods, no refined sugars or oils? It sure as hell tastes like dessert I'll tell you that.

Preparation Time: Freeze coconut milk overnight, 5 mins. blending

Ingredients
- 5 ice cubes of frozen coconut milk
- 5 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder or 1/2 tsp extract - Best vanilla flavor with vanilla powder
Directions
- Freeze a can of coconut milk in an ice tray overnight to use for this.
- You're going to need a blender with some oomph if you hope to break this one down. If you do not have a high powered blender I recommend soaking the dates for 4 hours.
